Limits on products will be enforced. Your entire order will be canceled if limits are exceeded.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone at any time. 

The use of scripts, bots or methods to bypass password protection and shop early will gain advantage over other customers and is strictly prohibited. Any orders that we deem suspicious: will be cancelled and refunded less 6% to cover fees.  

Yes, you may cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, up to 45 days.. Restock fees will incur: 20% up to 14 days from purchase date, 30% 15 to 44 days from purchase date. No refunds on orders after 45 days from purchase date.

If you believe you have received a blind tuber, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email, with photos. It is possible that returning the tuber may be required to receive a refund. When a tuber is refunded, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the price of the product.

Be aware that many variables can affect colors, size, etc and can change throughout your growing season. Anytime you believe you may have received a mislabeled product, please contact us with photos by September 30th.
